Resources to help you
FGBMFI has a regular magazine, VOICE, a high quality colour magazine with stories of people from around the UK for whom Jesus has made a real difference.
Copies are available in Halifax at the Fairtrade Cafe or we can post a copy to you (UK only) - fill in the Contact Us form...

The book "The Happiest People On Earth" is the exciting story of how FGBMFI came to be. Demos Shakarian was a Armenian farmer who moved to America and was shocked by the lack of men active in church life. God gave him a vision - a world-wide fellowship of men, empowered and released to be the men God called them to be! From a small beginning at a breakfast meeting in a hotel, after time, as Demos was about to call it a day, people got hold of the vision and FGBMFI went for it big style! This book is available free on the National web site.
Our Dinner Evenings are a resource to the church - they exist as a great night to invite people along to. After a relaxing and enjoyable carvery, there is musical entertainment followed by speakers who simply share about their life. The evenings generally conclude with a challenge for people to respond to what they have heard. We may offer prayer for people and regularly see people healed at these events. The dinners are held on the first Thursday in each month at The Raggalds in Queensbury - details and booking form is available here.
We have a network of International Speakers who are available as a resource to the church and other FGBMFI Groups. FGBMFI in Calderdale has strong-links with Brazil and we often minister at Brazilian Firesowers Conferences. See the Speakers page for more details.
